HOW TO SEND FILES?
1. Saving Files
•For photo output, scan & edit in RGB.
•For Rho Inkjet output use CMYK.
•Create text in InDesign, Quark or Illustrator for best results.
•Do not use 'LZW' compression inside Quark; otherwise O.K.
•Do not embed the images in InDesign or Illustrator
•Save large image files as Photoshop EPS - Preview - MAC (jpeg) - Encoding - JPEG (maximum quality) - All other boxes unchecked
2. Stuff the File
•Do not use 'LZW' compression inside Quark; otherwise O.K.
•Place all files, documents, fonts & images into one folder
•Use 'Stuffit' for MACs, 'ZIP' for PC’s to compress the entire folder
3. Connect to the Jones & Morris web site - http://www.photodigital.com
4. Click on Direct Upload link on the left to upload files. This will open a new window.
File upload is limited to 100mb in one session. If you need to send files larger than 100MB. Please, contact a sales representative to gain access to our FTP server.
5. All form fields are mandatory in order to upload files.
